How much will my bathroom remodel cost?
The cost of a bathroom remodel will vary greatly depending on the size of the bathroom, scope of the project and quality of materials selected. Factors that drive up the cost include moving walls and adding/relocating plumbing or electrical services.
Most of our customers opt for ultra-premium materials for their projects such as natural stone tile, decorative carved stone borders, frameless shower enclosures, beautiful cabinetry, faux-finished walls and high-end granite.
A powder room or secondary bathroom remodel can be done for 15-20 thousand, and usually includes a new tiled shower and framed glass shower enclosure, new bathroom floor tile, new faucets and bath accessories such as towel bars, etc.
A complete master bath renovation can be done for 45-65 thousand and adds new premium cabinets, countertops, whirlpool bathtub, mirrors, lighting and sinks. This type of project may involve re-designing of the bath floorplan which includes relocation of major fixtures and interior wall tearout.
A luxury bathrom with high end features such as a steam room, body spa, extensive cabinetry and custom moulding will run 65-80 thousand.
How long will it take?
The estimating process usually runs about 1 week. The design process takes another 1-2 weeks. The duration of the estimate/design phase is greatly dependent on the availability of the homeowner to participate in the design review sessions. The construction process takes about 3 weeks to order the materials and another 4-6 weeks for installation.
