The Contruction Phase
The construction phase begins by ordering the various materials required for the project. AKBM manages all aspects of this task, including placing the order, receiving the materials and delivering them to the customer's home.
Based on when the materials will arive, AKBM will create a project schedule which outlines the major construction phases.
The first construction phase involves removing the existing appliances, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, flooring, plumbing, etc. During this phase, all of the rough electrical and plumbing work will be performed.
The second phase of construction involves installation of the cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting and tile.
The final phase of construction involves installation of paint, wallpaper and/or appliances if required.
